Brief Information

I did a second internship in the summer after my third year of Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. It lasted for three months and it was a remote internship. It was a very enriching experience for me. The company and the culture were very creative and flexible, and I acquired a lot of knowledge from working with them.



Duties and responsibilities

My role was as a Python developer. I received a brief training on the tech stack they were using at the beginning. After that, I was assigned tasks related to scraping data and automation using python scripts. I worked with other team members. Most of my work consisted of developing scripts, scraping websites, and automating tasks using Python.



What I learned

During my internship at Pragnakalp Techlabs, I gained practical experience working with Python and its libraries for web scraping and automation. I also learned how to cooperate with a team and manage data. My time at Pragnakalp Techlabs was a valuable learning experience that has enhanced my skills and knowledge in Python and it’s use-cases.



Technologies I have used

The project I was working on was in Python, which is a versatile and powerful programming language. I also used Flask for web development, MySQL for database management, and various Python libraries for web scraping and automation, such as requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, etc.



Conclusion

Overall, I found my internship at Pragnakalp Techlabs to be a fruitful learning experience. I was able to gain hands-on experience in Python and collaborative teamwork. Through my work on the web scraping and automation project, I was able to improve my Python skills and learn new techniques and tools. I also appreciated the opportunity to work with a team of professionals with different expertise and backgrounds, especially, Mittal Patel, founder of Pragnakalp Techlabs. I am thankful for the experience and look forward to applying the skills I learned in future projects.
